Geoff Hendren
Geoff and Cindy Hendren, married owners of Bon Voyage Boutique Travel, combine their extensive travel experience and passion for creating unforgettable journeys. Geoff, originally from New Zealand, brings a lifetime of adventure and is a certified New Zealand Destination Specialist (Gold), ensuring each itinerary reflects the unique interests of the traveler. After retiring from a 32-year career in Research and Engineering, Cindy brought her airline industry experience and passion for empowering women to travel, founding the Women Who Wander group. Together, they craft seamless, meaningful travel experiences for all who seek adventure.

Brittany Bartelt
Travel Advisor
Brittany joined Bon Voyage Boutique Travel in July 2020, bringing with her a wealth of experience from both sides of the travel industry. Since 2015, she has worked as a Travel Advisor and as a Sales Manager for a tour company, giving her a well-rounded understanding of what it takes to plan exceptional trips. Brittany’s true passion lies in helping others explore the world and create unforgettable travel memories. She has a special love for culinary travel, believing that the best way to experience a destination is through its food—learning about local ingredients, traditional recipes, and how cuisine shapes the culture.

Jana Greenfield
Travel advisor
​Though new to the Fox Valley, Jana has been visiting the area for years. She brings extensive experience in marketing, event planning, and client relations across various industries. Jana’s love for travel began early, with her first international trip at age 14, and since then she has explored over 27 countries. She is passionate about crafting travel experiences filled with exceptional moments tailored to each client’s unique interests.​

Sara joined us in January of 2023, but started her career in April of 2021 and has loved it ever since!  A busy mom of two she loves all the time she spends with her family at sporting events, traveling and boating on the lake! Sara's passion is multigenerational travel, as well as all-inclusive destinations. She is an avid about Disney and feels travel is the best way for a family to bond. Travel is her passion and seeing the world through her children's eyes has been one of the greatest experiences she'd had!

Shauna Neitzel

Shauna has been a dedicated travel professional since 2012, bringing years of expertise to Bon Voyage Boutique Travel. Originally from northwestern Wisconsin, she is married and a proud mom to a son. Shauna specializes in all-inclusive vacations throughout Mexico and the Caribbean, and has a passion for planning group trips, destination weddings, honeymoons, and family getaways. When she’s not helping clients plan their perfect trips, Shauna is a loyal hockey mom cheering on her son’s hockey seasons, enjoys exploring new wineries and breweries, and loves hunting for antiques and primitive décor.​

Sydney Meidl
Travel Support Specialist
Sydney joined Bon Voyage Boutique Travel in 2024 as our Travel Support Specialist. Raised in Antigo, Wisconsin, her passion for travel began on trips to San Diego with her grandparents. She studied hospitality management and event planning at Fox Valley Technical College. In her free time, Sydney enjoys hiking, working out, candle-making, and spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs. She’s eager to help you create unforgettable travel experiences!​

Meghan Pingel
Document Specialist & Sale support
Meghan joined the Bon Voyage Boutique Travel team in August 2022 and has quickly become the expert behind the beautifully prepared travel documents our clients receive before their trips. She and her husband have two young children and four dogs, making for a lively and busy household. Summers are spent supporting her husband’s UTV racing team, while fall brings pumpkin patch adventures. Meghan’s favorite trip so far has been Italy, and Hawaii is next on her travel bucket list.

Kim Maggio
Coordinator and Office Assistant
Kim Maggio is our Group Travel Coordinator and Office Assistant. A mom of four, Kim loves spending time with her family, whether they’re biking, taking road trips, or going on weekend adventures. They also travel frequently for the kids' sports, and their dog, Malla, is always by their side! In her role, Kim greets guests, organizes group travel, handles payments, prepares documents, and ensures every detail is covered from start to finish. Her most memorable trip was a two-week adventure to Rome and Florence, followed closely by a family cruise to the Bahamas.
