Travelers arriving in the Dominican Republic must complete an electronic entry form before arrival. This form encompasses various declarations and provides a QR code for entry and exit. Each traveler should fill out the form individually, but families may use a single form for up to 7 members. For additional travelers, complete another form. Complete your E-ticket at eticket.migracion.gob.do.
