DAY 1 | SATURDAY APRIL 23, 2022 Depart U.S.
DAY 2 | SUNDAY APRIL 24, 2022 WELCOME TO DUBLIN On arrival at Dublin airport, take your one group transfer to the hotel. Private transfers at additional charge can also be arranged if needed. After a stop for lunch on own, enrich your knowledge of world-famous Irish whiskey on the new, guided tour of the Jameson Distillery Bow St. in Dublin. Discover the secrets behind the complex distillation process and conclude with a whiskey in the elegant distillery bar. Tonight, enjoy a rip roaring evening of traditional Irish song and dance accompanied by a great selection of quality Irish food to delight your palate during your Welcome Dinner. DAY 3 | MONDAY APRIL 25, 2022 IN DUBLIN’S FAIR CITY An orientation with your Travel Director will take you past the Custom House and along O’Connell Street. Travel along the River Liffey to see the Guinness Storehouse and Dublin Castle before admiring the historic buildings of the Georgian section of the city. Enjoy your VIP priority entrance to the 9th century Book of Kells and a walk through the cobbled courtyards of Trinity College accompanied by a university insider, gaining their insight into modern life and the establishment’s impressive history. Tonight, roll up your sleeves as you take part in a hands-on cooking class, and afterwards enjoy the fruits of your labors. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner with Wine
DAY 4 | TUESDAY APRIL 26, 2022 TO BELFAST Before it opens to the public, experience Ireland’s national and world-famous drink with a guided visit to the Guinness Storehouse. Gain a fascinating insight into the history and traditions behind its production and enjoy a private masterclass where you will learn to pour the perfect pint. Our journey continues to Belfast where you join your Local Expert for a passionate city tour including views of the City Hall, Queen’s University, the Parliament Building at Stormont and murals in different locations indicating political sentiments of local residents. Next visit Titanic Belfast and follow the story of this ill-fated ship and her people, from the launch in this very city. DAY 5 | WEDNESDAY APRIL 27, 2022 GIANT’S CAUSEWAY This morning, journey to the legendary Giant’s Causeway, a geological masterpiece created by the cooling of lava which burst through the earth’s crust millions of years ago. Then enjoy a whiskey tasting at the world’s oldest licensed distillery, Bushmills Distillery. During your whiskey tasting your resident whiskey expert will tell you all about the fantastic 10 year old, 12 year old, and distillery reserve whiskey that you will sample. DAY 6 | THURSDAY APRIL 28, 2022 BELFAST TO GALWAY This morning, meet with the McKeever family at Long Meadow Farm, a beautiful orchard farm in rural Armagh. Walk through the apple orchard to the Apple Blossom Bake House to be welcomed with a refreshing glass of on-site crafted sparkling apple juice or cider. Listen to the history of the farm and the McKeever family’s heritage as apple growers and cider makers. Then all the fun begins during an immersive, hands on workshop where you see a demonstration of traditional scone making before trying your hand at this craft yourself. Heading to Galway, stop as Sean’s Bar, the oldest pub in Ireland, for a whiskey tasting and a pint. On arrival in Galway, see the Lynch Memorial and Church of St. Nicholas, where Christopher Columbus reputedly prayed before his voyages to America. DAY 7 | FRIDAY APRIL 29, 2022 CLIFFS OF MOHER EXCURSION Journey to the Visitor Center at the 700-foot Cliffs of Moher to enjoy breathtaking views of the Clare Coast. Tonight, explore Galway’s award winning bars and restaurants on a gastronomic exploration. During this foodie tour, you will be taken to some terrific spots, with a great overview of the passionate people and beautiful produce that makes Galway so special. Meal: Breakfast, Dinner with Wine
DAY 8 | SATURDAY APRIL 30, 2022 GALWAY AT LEISURE The day is free to explore Galway at your own pace or perhaps take advantage of the hotel’s facilities or join an Optional Experience to the Aran Islands.
