I, the undersigned, acknowledge that I have independently chosen to purchase travel insurance without any recommendation or endorsement from Bon Voyage Boutique Travel (the “Agency”), or have been offered a detailed quote for travel insurance coverage by the Agency, which I have reviewed. I understand that by declining the offered insurance and choosing to proceed without it, I accept the risks associated with this decision. I further understand and agree that the Agency makes no guarantees regarding the coverage, benefits, or suitability of any insurance policy I select and will not provide guidance or assistance in the claims process. I accept full responsibility for managing my insurance policy and any claims directly with the insurance provider. I release and hold harmless Bon Voyage Boutique Travel, its agents, and employees from any liability or expenses arising from cancellation or interruption, emergency medical and transportation, baggage and personal effects, flight and travel accident, rental car physical damage, or any other claims related to my travel insurance decision.
