Morocco is a land of diverse landscapes, vibrant culture and historical treasures! Join us on a culinary-focused exploration of this beautiful country. We will be visiting their three main cities: Casablanca, Fez and Marrakech plus taking a scenic drive through the Atlas Mountains and an overnight at a Desert Camp! We have included two Foodie Walking Tours, Souk (market) visits in each city, two Cooking Classes, two Winery visits, and a visit to an Argan-oil cooperative. Our accommodations are in locally-owned Riad (traditional Moroccan house/palace turned into a boutique hotel), with 1 night at a Desert Camp! This extensive journey through Morocco will give you a true taste of this country and all it has to offer.

APril 22 (Tues)
Depart US
April 23 (WEd)
Arrival to Casablanca airport. Welcome and group transfer to Casablanca city center, according to arrival flight. Individual arrival transfers can be arranged separately, for additional cost. Check in your hotel | This evening enjoy a cocktail reception and appetizers at Sky28 Panoramic Lounge located on the top floor of the hotel.

April 24 (Thurs)
Check-out and start your Foodie Tour in Casablanca. Visit Dar Bennis Family bakery created since 1930 offering homemade savory and sweet Moroccan dishes | Visit the Great Habous Olive Market | Visit the central Market, a spot where you can shop for local delicacies such as fruits, vegetables, and rare spices | Visit the outside of the Hassan II Grand Mosque | Departure to Fez passing by the holy city of Moulay Driss (panoramic view) | Visit the Roman ruins of Volubilis | Visit of the vineyard testing categories of wine, goat cheese and virgin olive oil & have lunch alfresco | Continue to Fez for check in | Overnight at hotel.
april 25 (fri)
The whole day is a Foodie Tour Experience of Fez Medina twisting your way through the beautiful narrow alleyways and the sensation of the souks | Visit different places to tickle your taste buds and try delicious Fassi food | Step at the famous honey souk where we taste an array of delicious wild honeys | Optional lunch in a traditional restaurant in the Medina (under own account) | Afternoon continuation of the visit | Get treated to a long line of food stalls displaying a whole range of local foods and specialties | Dinner at Bab Sahra Moroccan or similar restaurant with traditional plates | Overnight in hotel.
April 26 (Sat)
Half day cooking Class at Riad Salam where future chefs try their hand at learning the culinary techniques of classic Moroccan dishes prepared with judiciously chosen and measured ingredients | Afternoon free time at leisure | Dinner at Palais Medina or similar restaurant with show.
April 27 (SUN)
Departure to Marrakech (about 5 hours) through charming ski resort Ifrane, passing by Azrou and the cedar woods of the middle Atlas Mountains appreciating the panoramic views as well as sights of fertile valleys, orchards, blue and red colored clay villages | Enjoy stops along the way and an optional lunch in Beni-Mellal (under own account) | Continue to Marrakech | Check-in your hotel and free time | Overnight in hotel.
April 28 (MON)
Full day visit of Marrakech, the second oldest Imperial city "the Ochre city". | Take a tour of the spice markets and allow the alluring aromas and brilliant colors to entice you | A street food bazaar is located in the Jemaa el Fna square (the largest public square), where you can find Moroccan delicacies including snail soup | This night, maybe you can enjoy a cup of tea overlooking the square while enjoying a bite of famous Moroccan pastries | Dinner at Dar Soukkar or traditional local restaurant | Overnight in hotel.
April 29 (tues)
Half day for a cooking workshop at La Maison Arabe in Marrakech | You will learn how to make Tangia and discover the secrets of traditional Moroccan cuisine | After lunch, transfer to the stone desert of Agafay | Optional camel ride, quad bike, buggy drive, etc on spot | Dinner and overnight under tent with private show.
April 30 (wed)
​We start our trip in the direction of Ounagha | Have a coffee break in Chichaoua (optional) | Visit a carpet cooperation in Sidi Mokhtar after Chichaoua (Optional) | Visit an Argan-oil cooperation | Visit the Vineyard of Val d'Argan where you will have an excellent wine tasting lunch | After about three hours eating and tasting wine, you have the time to buy some wine | Head back to Marrakech | Overnight in hotel.

May 1 (Thurs)
Have breakfast at the hotel | Transfer to Marrakesh airport with assistance during the check-in | Depart Morocco (overnight flight)
