​While  Traveling

WHEN TRAVEL ISSUES ARISE

Send an email to the agent that booked your trip letting them know the situation.  
Make sure to document in the email what, where, and why! 
(Is the issue to do with weather, staffing issues, equipment, etc.?)

Keep all receipts and any proof of the issue, including photos if applicable.
  1. Contact the agent that you booked with.  
  2. Contact your travel insurance provider to determine which options will be covered.  They may be able to assist with a solution.
  3. Contact the supplier.

Flight cancellation?  Please follow the steps below:

Within 24 hours of departure:
Call the supplier if it is outside Bon Voyage Boutique Travel's office hours.

​At the airport or within a few hours of going to the airport:
Go to the airport and work directly with the airline representative for the fastest resolution

Missed connection:
Talk directly with the airline and they will work on rebooking your flight. 
​Update the Bon Voyage Boutique office with the new flight information.
